Job Description
The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic, striving to make Shopee the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.
Job Description:
- Create and execute business growth strategies.
- Develop merchandising and promotion proposals.
- Optimize key account relationships.
- Manage a team of Sales and Key Account Managers.
- Conduct analysis and surveys to understand merchant needs.
- Establish and grow local strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Economics, or relevant field.
- Experience in consulting, business development, or eCommerce.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Preferred leadership experience.
- Able to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
