Job Description

VOICE & NON VOICE ACCOUNT – CSR PAID TRAINING

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow standard operations and procedures.
• Recognize and escalate priority problems.
• Ensure one call resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform basic troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications:

• With or without BPO experience.
• At least a high school graduate / ALS graduate / college graduate.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17,00 – Php25,00 per month
