Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and sales
• Inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads/sales
• Data entry for customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Respond to emails
• Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• Meet service level agreements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field
• Noise cancellation headset required
• Backup power and internet; mobile data not accepted
• Wired internet connection only; Wi-Fi not allowed
• Quiet working space
