Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact without transferring the caller.
- Match customer demands to clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
