Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Buy-Side Contracting Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements for various goods and services. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with contracting standards, applicable laws, and business requirements while identifying and mitigating contractual risks.

Must Have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in law firms or as in-house counsel.
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Experience in in-house legal matters including risk mitigation and compliance.

Good to Have:

• Legal research and due diligence experience.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
