Come & join Our GBS Team as a Business Intelligence Analyst
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Analyst with strong Power BI and DAX skills to turn data into actionable insights that drive global business decisions. You’ll build impactful dashboards, collaborate across teams, and help scale reporting solutions across markets. A solid grasp of data science concepts is a big plus as we expand into more advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and business performance.
- Write and optimize DAX formulas for accurate, efficient reporting.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver clear, visual insights.
- Partner with global teams and product owners to align on data needs and reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality through cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
- Contribute to Power BI governance and best practices.
- Support ad hoc analysis and provide guidance on basic data science models.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s in Statistics, Math, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with deep Power BI and DAX expertise.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data modeling and basic machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
Work Schedule and Location
- Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement
- Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
