Job Description
Abbott Laboratories is actively seeking a committed and skilled Business Excellence Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will concentrate on process standardization and improvement initiatives aimed at elevating operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee process standardization projects to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvement strategies.
- Employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies for ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.
- Deliver training on best practices in process improvement.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering), Green Belt certification, and a proven track record in process improvement are required.
