Job Description
Job Summary: The Business Development Officer will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the land sector, requiring strong networking skills and market knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Identify land development opportunities.
- Execute strategic plans for land acquisition.
- Build relationships with stakeholders.
- Negotiate agreements and partnerships.
- Collaborate on project feasibility.
- Monitor market trends and regulations.
- Present proposals and financial projections.
- Attend industry events to generate leads.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 3 years in business development, strong knowledge of land acquisition, excellent communication skills.
