Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract prospective tenants for commercial properties.
- Conduct property tours and present leasing options.
- Analyze market conditions for occupancy strategies.
- Monitor real estate markets and provide insights.
- Develop marketing strategies for available properties.
- Collaborate with teams for advertising materials and events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with sales and CRM software.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Available to start ASAP in North Caloocan.
Pay: Php23,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
