Job Description
Join ING as a Business Control Specialist I, where you will play a vital role in executing tests of effectiveness on IT key controls (ITGCs). You will analyze evidence, provide input to subject matter experts, and develop improvements in testing methodologies. We seek individuals with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and enhancing processes. Ideally, candidates should have at least 4 years (Seniors) or 1 year (Juniors) of experience in IT risk management, with a preference for those certified in CISA or CRISC. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are essential in this agile environment.
