Job Description

WTW is seeking a Business Change Support Analyst to join our dynamic Business Change Team. This role involves conducting and supporting analysis for client and internal change projects. You will update project artifacts and cultivate relationships with key business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

Responsibilities include analyzing current business processes, maintaining key business relationships, producing detailed analysis packs for internal stakeholders, and supporting smooth transitions to business-as-usual operations.

Candidates should possess introductory knowledge of business change techniques, strong communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
