Job Description
We are seeking a Business Architect with proven SAP BRIM and Customer Insights (CI) expertise to define billing, subscription, and customer engagement strategies. You will translate business objectives into solution architecture, lead BRIM design, integrate CI for a 360-degree customer view, and coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Requirements: 5+ years in SAP BRIM; strong knowledge of billing and subscription models; integration experience (APIs, SAP CPI/PI); process modeling; stakeholder management; excellent communication.
- Preferred: SAP certification, telecom or utilities experience, and familiarity with data analytics.
- Role: strategic thinker with hands-on blueprinting skills and delivery oversight.
