Job Description
Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Location: Philippines – Manila
- Manage operational excellence projects.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Document operations process flows.
- Analyze competitors’ processes.
- Develop detailed project plans.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at Podium, Pasig office.
