Job Description

Wilcon Depot Incorporated is looking for a qualified Building Maintenance Technician. The role requires performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, ensuring the optimal functionality of electrical, air-conditioning, and plumbing systems. Responsibilities include conducting site surveys, supervising installations, and maintaining Wilcon’s in-house products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least a college graduate of a Technical/Vocational Course
• NCII qualifications in the relevant discipline
• Experience in building maintenance and product repairs
• Willingness to be assigned to the nearest Wilcon branch

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php500.00 – Php560.00 per day
