Job Description
We seek a skilled Building & Property Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair residential and commercial properties. The role includes routine inspections, HVAC servicing, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, painting, grounds upkeep, and responding to tenant requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and code compliance.
- Minimum 2+ years in property maintenance, relevant certifications, and basic electrical/plumbing skills.
- Must lift 50 lbs, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Availability for on-call rotation and flexible hours preferred.
