Job Description
We are seeking a Building Admin Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and safety compliance. The role includes managing building services, budgets and procurement, supervising onsite staff, and responding promptly to tenant requests and emergencies. Candidates must have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in facilities or building administration.
- Proven organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
