Job Description
The Ganso-Shabuway and Ganso-Gyukatsu Brand Associate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, assisting with sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance the brand’s reach. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, supporting sales processes, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. The role requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a passion for building brand success.
We’re looking for a hands-on Brand Associate who will own and execute brand initiatives across digital and offline channels—from concept to roll-out.
What You’ll Do
Develop, execute, and operationalize brand campaigns end-to-end
Own digital and offline campaigns, ensuring flawless execution on the ground
Manage social media (content planning, posting, engagement, and reporting)
Handle influencer marketing: sourcing, coordination, briefs, deliverables, and tracking
Operationalize promotions and activations (in-store, events, collaborations)
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Track performance and continuously optimize executions
Who You Are
- Execution-driven and highly organized
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns independently
- Creative but operationally strong
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- With related internship experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in a Food and Beverages company (but not required).
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic analytics tools.
- Knowledgeable in editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar).
