Job Description
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Background in insurance operational processes.
- 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support operational requirements for Agency channels in New Business processing and office administration.
- Process New Business transactions and premium collections accurately and timely.
- Provide effective customer service to walk-in clients.
- Maintain branch office facilities and distributor relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shift.
