Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and daily operations of the branch, overseeing business development, profitability, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing of Loan Products
- Branch Operations Management
- Branch Employee Management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing.
- At least 4 years of branch operations experience, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, and innovative.
