Job Description

Under the supervision of the Supervisor, this key position is responsible for providing training and creating training materials that will enable the team to perform their necessary job tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create training modules and associated activities.
• Conduct training for new hires.
• Evaluate and improve training programs.
• Prepare training reports and trainee assessments.
• Handle administrative duties related to training.

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Information Technology or Business Management.
• 1-2 years of training experience, preferably in BPO.
