Job Description
IGT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced BPO Team Leader to join our team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
- Graduates of any Bachelor’s degree, or undergraduates or Senior High School graduates with at least 5 years of BPO/Call Center experience are required.
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Team Lead in a BPO setup is essential.
- Exceptional English communication skills and knowledge of Excel and reporting tools are required.
- Must be flexible to work onsite with a rotational 24/7 schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php36,00.00 – Php41,00.00 per month
