Job Description
Anc+ Group of Companies at Ford Balintawak is seeking a professional BP Service Advisor. In this full-time, in-person role you will warmly receive customers, verify vehicle details, service history and warranty status, and create repair orders and vehicle checklists. You will provide accurate pricing, time estimates and written quotes; promote appropriate services and parts; schedule workshop jobs and assign technicians; order parts and monitor repair quality; obtain approvals for additional work; and complete orders with final quality checks and invoicing.
Additionally, you will explain work performed at handover and prepare daily repair-status reports to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
