Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to ensure accurate financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly reports.
- Responsibilities: manage accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, assist with payroll, support month-end close, and collaborate with management on budgeting.
- Required: 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, strong numerical accuracy, proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks or Sage), and effective communication skills.
- Preferred: bookkeeping certificate or associate degree.
