Job Description
Join Teresa Waterworks, Inc. as a Billing Staff member!
Key Responsibilities:
- Download data from devices to the billing database.
- Prepare job orders for unusual consumption changes.
- Print and issue Statements of Account.
- Input approved billing adjustments and maintain system backup.
- Respond to meter reader and bill handler queries.
Additional Duties:
- Prepare Bill of Materials and inventory reports.
- Relieve the office teller and customer service staff as needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
