Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Billing Staff member to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating billing processes for completed repairs including Preventive Maintenance (PM), General Repairs (GR), and Body Repair Work (BRP).
- Assisting at the service reception to support our clients effectively.
- Consolidating daily parts and service sales in alignment with units released.
- Receiving Repair Order Forms from Service Advisors.
- Filing all service documents relevant to daily transactions, including Service Sales.
- Preparing accurate repair invoices and ensuring all charges are valid and parts are accounted for.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at Php 17,033.33 per month
