Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Billing Specialist, you will manage customer billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account issues in a high-volume call center environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with bills, charges, and payment options.
• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments.
• Setup payment plans for customers when necessary.
• Prepare regular reports on billing activities.
