Job Description
Company: Kintetsu World Express
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Prepare billing invoices using Unified Freight System (UFS).
- Ensure sales/billing and cost amounts are recorded in the same month.
- Encode costs based on liquidated amounts from operations.
- Segregate billing documents and ensure completeness.
- Dispatch prepared invoices to clients.
- Scan documents for electronic filing and file hard copies.
- Send copies of invoices to accounting and credit & collection.
- Prepare required reports and perform other duties as assigned.
