Job Description: We are seeking a competent Collection Specialist to manage client communications and collect outstanding payments. A successful candidate will balance maintaining trustful relationships with clients and ensuring timely payments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor accounts for outstanding debts
- Investigate debt histories
- Contact clients about overdue payments
- Encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
Skills Required:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of billing and collection processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Pay: Php 17,00.00 – Php 19,00.00 per month
