Job Description
Join 3M, a leader in innovation, as a Billing Analyst. In this individual contributor role, you will manage simple to moderately complex billing processes and handle exceptions to SOX control. Your key responsibilities will include daily error checks in billing reports and collaborating with teams to resolve issues. You’ll also serve as a first-level escalation resource for routine inquiries from both internal stakeholders and external customers.
