Job Description
Position Summary
The Bill Processor is responsible for reviewing and routing retrospective physical medicine bills, ensuring compliance with company, state, and client guidelines.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Review bills for eligibility.
- Make calls to obtain critical information.
- Validate existing data accuracy.
- Maintain a 3-day turnaround time.
- Meet daily production goals.
- Achieve a QA score of 95% or higher.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- 0 – 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Medical terminology/coding experience preferred.
