Job Description
Onward Worldwide Management & Consultancy is seeking a Bilingual Mandarin Customer Service Representative who can resolve customer issues promptly and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties Include:
- Addressing customer concerns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring information accuracy and process alignment with other teams.
- Managing customer complaints and making incident reports swiftly.
- Coordinating with departments for technical issues and assisting clients with operational problems.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Pay: Php65,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month.
