Job Description

Dealer eTraining is a virtual remote call center seeking customer service appointment-setting representatives fluent in both English & Spanish. Join us for hands-on training and earn a great living in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule sales appointments via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage client opportunities using a CRM.
• Generate and confirm leads from marketing campaigns.
• Meet daily call and email quotas.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.
