Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to manage employee benefits administration, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and enhance our benefits framework.
- Location: Manila, Philippines
- Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee benefits administration, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong understanding of statutory loans, and proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
