Job Description
Pretiolas Philippines, Inc./Auntie Anne’s is seeking a Barista Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HRM/HRS or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in Food/Beverage.
Key qualifications include being an NCII passer, possessing knowledge in Coffee Skills, and effective communication skills. You will be responsible for preparing beverages, conducting training sessions, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from Php20,00.00 to Php22,00.00 per month, plus benefits such as health insurance, additional leave, and promotion opportunities.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
