Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Barista / Supervisor to join our team at Highlander Coffee. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Advanced Coffee Skills: Expertise in coffee brewing, espresso extraction, and latte art.
- Experience: Several years as a barista and some leadership experience.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle complaints.
- Leadership: Experience managing a team and training new staff.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory and ensure cleanliness.
- Must be willing to work in Mining Angeles City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
