Job Description

Bonflex Packaging Corp. is actively seeking a dedicated Bagmaking Supervisor to lead our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and effectively managing team dynamics. Key duties include reviewing job backlogs, approving Daily Production Reports, coordinating with management, maintaining job order specifications, and monitoring adherence to procedures.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, possess problem-solving skills, and maintain active engagement with the Quality Control team. This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php28,00.00 to Php32,00.00, along with benefits such as health insurance, additional leave, and opportunities for advancement within the company.
