Position Overview:
- Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week)
- Schedule: 4-day work week with 3 consecutive days off
- Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Track deliveries and manage driver schedules
Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates (relevant degrees preferred)
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
Compensation: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00/month
