Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously seeking dedicated candidates to join our team as Back Office Associates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to resolve concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information effectively with internal and external clients.
