Job Description
Job Summary: TATA Consultancy Services is seeking a highly organized Backoffice Agent for our US Insurance Campaign (Onsite) to handle administrative tasks, process insurance policies and claims, and support our team to ensure smooth operations and data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process insurance claims, policies, and renewals
- Enter and maintain customer and policy data in the system
- Assist with internal inquiries from the team
- Perform data audits and quality checks
Qualifications: College level (completed 2 years with no back subjects) and a minimum of 1 year BPO experience, preferably in backoffice or administrative roles.
