Job Description
Join our dynamic team at SapientBPO Makati as a Back Office Agent! Your key responsibilities will include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualified candidates should be high school graduates or ALS graduates, possess good communication skills, and have at least 6 months of BPO experience in any account.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from PHP 18,00.00 to PHP 28,00.00 per month, along with HMO, paid leaves, 13th month pay, and government-mandated benefits. Work schedules include both day and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
