Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Closer with extensive experience in the end-to-end sales process, including hardcore selling and outbound sales. The ideal candidate has a strong BPO sales background, a proven track record as a Sales Opener, and the mindset, discipline, and performance level required to consistently close deals and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full sales cycle, from lead engagement to closing deals
  • Execute high-volume outbound sales calls with confidence and persuasion
  • Convert warm and qualified leads into successful sales
  • Apply advanced closing techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and follow internal sales processes
  • Collaborate with openers, sales leaders, and support teams to drive results

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have at least 6 months of experience in a Sales Opener role
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets as an opener
  • Extensive background in end-to-end sales, including hardcore and outbound selling
  • Strong BPO sales experience, preferably in outbound or high-pressure sales environments
  • English proficiency level of at least 4.5
