Job Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Closer with extensive experience in the end-to-end sales process, including hardcore selling and outbound sales. The ideal candidate has a strong BPO sales background, a proven track record as a Sales Opener, and the mindset, discipline, and performance level required to consistently close deals and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the full sales cycle, from lead engagement to closing deals
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls with confidence and persuasion
- Convert warm and qualified leads into successful sales
- Apply advanced closing techniques to overcome objections and secure commitments
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow internal sales processes
- Collaborate with openers, sales leaders, and support teams to drive results
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of experience in a Sales Opener role
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets as an opener
- Extensive background in end-to-end sales, including hardcore and outbound selling
- Strong BPO sales experience, preferably in outbound or high-pressure sales environments
- English proficiency level of at least 4.5
