Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, resolve account inquiries, and identify opportunities to offer additional products and services. The role emphasizes first-contact resolution, empathy, and adherence to applicable laws and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; 3 months–1 year customer service experience (BPO, banking or loans preferred)
- Strong verbal English, intermediate typing, multitasking across systems
- Clear background, pass drug screen; ability to commute to Clark Freeport Zone
Details: Full-time, permanent; pay Php25,00/month. Benefits include health and life insurance and promotion opportunities.
