Job Description

Join PM Consulting as the AVP, Commercial Lending Operations! We are looking for an experienced leader to oversee our team of Commercial Lending Operations Specialists, providing daily support, training, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage loan servicing professionals for efficient processing.
• Oversee flood and escrow management for compliance.
• Implement policies to improve operations and enhance team performance.
• Analyze KPIs for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial lending operations.
• 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Amenable to hybrid work arrangements.
