Job Description
The Parts Admin Staff is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the Parts Department at YGC Cars (Honda and Isuzu). Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Purchase Orders, Receive Reports, and Request for Payments.
- Preparing Parts Requisition and Issue Slip for Sales transactions.
- Ensuring availability of accessories needed by Sales and OTC customers.
- Maintaining documents of the Parts Department.
- Replenishing office supplies for the department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Technology or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Knowledgeable in MS applications.
- Willing to be assigned in Isuzu Commonwealth, Quezon City.
Job Type: Full-time | 8-hour shift | Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary.
