Job Description
MetTech Technical Inc is seeking an Auto Sales Customer Support Agent to be the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required (college preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Capacity to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (training will be provided).
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
