Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure reliability and consistency of pawnshop operations.
- Monitor systems, policies, and controls; recommend improvements.
- Conduct bi-monthly visits to branches.
- Check government compliance (BSP, AMLA, BIR).
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or related fields; fresh graduates welcome.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel; based in Sampaloc, Manila.
