Job Description
Revvity is looking for a dedicated Associate Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will oversee order fulfillment for LSDX products, managing invoicing and logistics. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries to ensure their satisfaction by generating purchase orders, updating clients on order statuses, and coordinating with customs to facilitate seamless deliveries. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Finance department regarding credit blocks and assist in processing Returned Material Authorizations (RMA).
