Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Change Management Consultant to support transformation initiatives through stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and execution. The role involves contributing to change plans, developing communications and training materials, and conducting impact assessments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in change management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and analytical abilities; familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or comparable methodologies.
