Job Description

Protemps Incorporated is seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Assistant Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at least a college level or graduate, with knowledge in sales, cashiering, and inventory management. Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality are essential.

Responsibilities include managing workflow, training new hires, creating and managing team schedules, reporting to HR and senior management, evaluating performance, and resolving employee issues. Applicants should have at least one year of store management experience and must reside near the assigned store.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Php20,00.00 per month | Schedule: 8-hour shift.
