Job Description

Protemps Incorporated is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be at least a college level or college graduate with knowledge in sales, cashiering, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing workflow and team schedules
• Training new hires and evaluating performance
• Reporting to HR and senior management
• Resolving employee issues and disputes

Qualifications:

• 1 year of store management experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Pleasing personality and must reside near the assigned store
• Available to start ASAP
